At Godmanchester Sewcial, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to connect with others and create meaningful relationships. That's why we started this social club - to provide a welcoming space for people from all walks of life who enjoy sewing to come together and have fun. We don't mind if you're a quilter, an embroiderer, a me-made sewist, or a bag maker - we welcome everybody.

We host monthly social sewing workshops at Godmanchester Community Academy. Anyone with an interest in sewing, be they a seasoned pro or just starting out with dreams of being the next Sewing Bee star, is welcome to join us for a full day of sewing, socialising, and fun. It's informal, welcoming and inclusive.

Membership
Everyone is welcome to be a part of Godmanchester Sewcial. There is no membership fee, but there is a one off cost of £23 to attend a social sewing days.
The fee goes towards the cost of venue hire and includes refreshments (tea, coffee, squash etc), cake, biscuits and a raffle.
